Who?

People aged eight and older
Most of my experience has been with clients aged thirteen to sixty

What?

Typical talk therapy including a blend of the following approaches: CBT, DBT, IFS, and Narrative therapy
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) therapy*
50 minute sessions

When?

I have a very flexible schedule, so just reach out if you have any scheduling concerns!
I am open 10:00 AM-9:00 PM during weekdays and 10:00 AM-3:00 PM Sundays
Sessions are typically conducted weekly or bi-weekly, but this is subjective to each client

Where?

Virtually from the comfort of your home!
In person in Longwood, Florida at an adjusted rate

You can seek counseling for a multitude of reasons, regardless I will be here to help you reach your goals and live the life you want.

How Much?

Sessions start at $50 per session if self pay
My sliding scale fluctuates from $25 to $50 if self pay
I do accept select insurances via supervisory billing
I offer limited, free sessions
