About Me

At Harmonious Healing Mental Health Counseling, I am dedicated to providing compassionate counseling services to individuals and families struggling with mental health issues. My goal is to empower my clients to achieve their personal and professional goals, and to improve their overall quality of life.

I received my Bachelor and Master degrees in social work from the University of Central Florida. I have worked in non profits, Orange County Public Schools, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Florida, and the private practice sector. I am formally trained in EMDR therapy from Connect EMDR. 

With degrees in social work and extensive experience with diverse clients, I use gentle, supportive methods like IFS, CBT, and DBT therapy. I am also trained in EMDR. My goal is to create a safe space for authentic healing, helping you lighten burdens and foster growth at your own pace.
