Traditional talk therapy with an emphasis on family systems modalities such as Emotional Focused Therapy, The Gottman Method, and Cognitive Behavioral Couple Therapy

When?

I have a very flexible schedule, so just reach out if you have any scheduling concerns!
I am open 10:00 AM-9:00 PM during weekdays and 10:00 AM-3:00 PM Sundays
Sessions are typically conducted weekly or bi-weekly, but this is subjective to every couple

Where?

Virtually from the comfort of your home!
In person in Longwood, Florida at an adjusted rate

Why?

Couples seek counseling for a myriad of reasons:
Infidelity
Financial strain
Sexual dissatisfaction
Co-parenting
Couples counseling allows everyone to be heard, listened to, and cared for
I believe if there is a base of mutual love and respect, counseling can only enhance the relationship

How Much?

Sessions start at $100 per session if self pay
My sliding scale fluctuates from $50 to $100 if self pay
I do accept select insurances via supervisory billing

A Note on Couples Counseling

An individual session must be completed with every member of the relationship prior to starting joint sessions
Counseling is not a place to argue, you can do that for free at home, counseling is to help you reach your goals and help you come together as a unit
