Who?

Up to four family members per session
Parents & children, siblings, cousins, close friends
Essentially anyone you call family that is not your spouse or romantic partner

What?

Traditional talk therapy with an emphasis on family systems modalities such as Bowenian Family Systems Theory, Structural Family Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy

When?

I have a very flexible schedule, so just reach out if you have any scheduling concerns!
I am open 10:00 AM-9:00 PM during weekdays and 10:00 AM-3:00 PM Sundays
Sessions are typically conducted weekly or bi-weekly, but this is subjective to each client

Where?

Virtually from the comfort of your home!
In person in Longwood, Florida at an adjusted rate

How Much?

Sessions start at $100 per session if self pay
My sliding scale fluctuates from $50 to $100 if self pay
I do accept select insurances via supervisory billing

A Note On Family Counseling

An individual session must be completed with every member of the family prior to starting joint sessions
Counseling is not a place to argue, you can do that for free at home, counseling is to help you reach your goals and help you come together as a unit
