At Harmonious Healing Mental Health Counseling , I consider myself a generalist, meaning I am not limited to a specific group of clients or presenting problems. I find many of my clients are children and adults. I have helped clients navigate a myriad of issues including but not limited to self harm, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, trauma, parental loss, depression, bullying, navigating neurodivergence, and improving assertiveness.
I am a solely virtual practice at this time. I have late night and Sunday availability. Please text message (407) 442-3160 for any questions and booking.

I find that many clients seek counseling due to stressful life events, whether it's grief, financial insecurity, interpersonal relationship issues, chronic illness, or generalized anxiety. I believe healing starts at relieving ourselves from control and viewing each emotion as an ocean wave: we see it coming, we feel it wash over us, and we see it continue towards the beach, dissipating into the sand.

I am able to blend therapeutic techniques to provide individualized care to all of my clients who are neurodivergent. Understanding that neurodivergent clients live in a neurotypical world, I provide them a space to unmask and learn coping skills to reduce the risk of emotional burnout.

I primarily utilize Internal Family Systems therapy to allow a safe space for clients to navigate and heal from prior traumas. Often, trauma manifests in seemingly unrelated ways. It is imperative we locate the root of the hurt to empower ourselves to lead our earnest and honest lives.

I am able to provide counseling to clients ages ten and older. I have much experience helping individuals traverse life's transitions; whether you are a thirteen year old client navigating middle school, a teenager making the transition to college, or an adult who finds themself to be an "empty nester" for the first time. We all deserve a listening ear and a compassionate heart to help us through.

I am able to provide counseling to couples both pre and post marital. I help couples learn to voice disagreements in a healthy way, learn to compromise, and most importantly, to show and receive love in a way that resonates. I believe if each partner has a base level of love, respect, and willingness to try couples can conquer all.

I find that I often utilize family therapy sessions with my child clients. I help parents understand where their child is coming from and help the child express their unmet needs in positive ways. Often times I find that the "dysfunctional family" is really just a busy, stressed, and over-worked family who struggles to navigate difficult conversations effectively. My goal is to be the mediator for those difficult conversations.
